These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AtaahuaCove website and the purchase of products (Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones) offered through our online store. 2. Product Information & Order Acceptance

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones listed on our website. However, minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen calibration. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free, complete, or current.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. AtaahuaCove reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time your order is placed.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, AtaahuaCove may cancel the order and notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, AtaahuaCove is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting the package upon receipt and for notifying us within 48 hours if the product arrives damaged or if items are missing from your shipment.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AtaahuaCove. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AtaahuaCove is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, headphones that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective. Additionally, any product that has been modified, tampered with, or damaged by the user is not eligible for a refund.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon verification of the defect, offer a replacement or full refund at your discretion.
